Christine FaustChristine Faust, Cultural Center Manager

Christine leads the amazing team at the Mauldin Cultural Center and ensures that we are providing quality experiences that enhance the local community. Christine spent most of her life in Greenville and used the skills she gained as an alum of both the Fine Arts Center and the Governor’s School honors program to pursue successful careers in event planning, fundraising and marketing. She is excited to use her experience to build on favorite traditions and expand new opportunities that will attract even more of the community.

Christine loves playing cards with her wise-cracking son and belting showtunes with her daughter. She enjoys planning vacations with her husband that they sometimes actually take and planning celebrations with friends.

Kristofer ParkerKristofer Parker, Production & Theatre Coordinator

Kristofer is excited to join the team at the Mauldin Cultural Center. He has been part of the MCC theatre family since 2020, having served as both choreographer and director for multiple shows. Kristofer brings expertise in human resources, business analytics and finance, along with many years in the performing arts field, both on and off stage. He looks forward to drawing from 11+ years of local theatre experience to continue building this program!

Gina McAteeGina McAtee, Events Coordinator

Gina plans and coordinates the festival season at the Mauldin Cultural Center. Growing up in Mauldin, she moved to Seattle, Washington after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. While there, she spent her career planning and implementing corporate and social events, as well as concerts, fundraisers, and festivals. She is thrilled to be back in Mauldin and to be planning events for the community in which she was raised.

Gina enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cat, Samwise. She loves a good DIY project, being outdoors, listening to live music, and exploring new places around town..



The Mauldin Cultural Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was founded in 2004. The council aims to engage community partners, provoke diverse ideas for economic empowerment, and secure funds for renovations to the Cultural Center’s building, which homes arts, culture, and arts education programming organized by the City of Mauldin’s Community Development Department, thus enhancing the quality of life in Mauldin, S.C.

Funds donated to the council are tax-deductible and go toward the council’s capital campaign to renovate the Mauldin Cultural Center. Checks can be made payable to the Mauldin Cultural Council and sent to PO Box 1136, Mauldin, SC 29662.
