Jeannie handles marketing and graphic design for the City of Mauldin. Born and raised in Greenville, she moved away from the Upstate to attend Winthrop University, where she earned a BFA in Illustration. She enjoys finding ways to communicate ideas visually, whether through realistic drawings or abstract design.

Jeannie likes to spend time with her friends, family, and cats. She writes and draws her own comics and when she isn’t making comics, she’s reading them. She also loves supporting the performing arts in the Upstate, from local theatre to indie musicians and more.

mauldin_KK2Gina McAtee, Events Coordinator

Gina plans and coordinates the festival season at the Mauldin Cultural Center. Growing up in Mauldin, she moved to Seattle, Washington after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. While there, she spent her career planning and implementing corporate and social events, as well as concerts, fundraisers, and festivals. She is thrilled to be back in Mauldin and to be planning events for the community in which she was raised.

Gina enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cat, Samwise. She loves a good DIY project, being outdoors, listening to live music, and exploring new places around town.
